Refund & Commercial Policy

This policy outlines commercial terms regarding tender fees, Earnest Money Deposits (EMD), and commercial milestone payments executed with KVR Groups of Companies India Pvt Ltd.

1. Tender Document Fees

Fees paid for purchasing tender bid documents or RFP specification sets are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing in the tender notice.

2. Earnest Money Deposits (EMD)

EMD deposits submitted by bidders are returned or refunded strictly in accordance with the specific tender conditions and timelines prescribed by public or private procurement authorities.

3. Construction Contract Milestones

Advance payments, running bill payments, and retention money releases are governed exclusively by the terms specified in the executed EPC or civil construction contract.
